★ Terms of Service ★
General:
★ I work on commissions during the week with Saturdays and Sundays off
★ Non-illustration commission turnaround is typically one to ten weeks, not including weekends
★ Illustration commission turnaround is dependent on my current schedule and can be discussed★ Commissions are not accepted on a 'first come, first serve' basis
★ I have the right to deny any commission request for any reason★ I will only accept visual references for designs and characters
★ Characters from media I'm interested in will be drawn as my interpretation of them unless asked otherwise★ Commissions can be used and reposted with credit
★ Commissions can only be used by the customer and those given permission
★ Commissions CANNOT be used for crypto, NFT, or AI purposes
★ Commissions intended for monetary/promotional purposes must be discussed beforehand
Payments + Refunds:
★ Payment is upfront and through PayPal invoice
★ I will not start your commission until I have received payment
★ Unless discussed prior, invoice must be paid within three days before your commission is cancelled
★ Non-illustration commissions are nonrefundable after the sketch has been sent to you
★ Illustration commissions may be refunded at 50% of the original price after the sketch has been sent
Alteration Requests:
★ Small alterations are available for any commission
★ Large alterations, especially for illustrations, may require a fee
